We tried fresh coconut for the very first time in Nassau, Bahamas from a local who used his machete with pinpoint accuracy! This was our first port on our four night cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line. We had a good time exploring Nassau on foot but as afternoon approached, we were hungry and ready for some poolside pina coladas. We weren’t in Nassau for long but I will say this, it was good while it was good. The highlights from this port experience? The Queen’s Staircase and trying our first coconut from a really cool local!
